With the rapid development of network technology, online shopping transactions are in full swing, and the number of online shopping base is constantly increasing, which subsequently caused a lot of legal problems. In our online shopping process, online shopping contract disputes are legal issues that we see more often. The Internet has the characteristics of vitality and so on, and the nature of the Internet itself leads to many uncertain and troublesome characteristics of online purchase contract disputes litigation compared with traditional contract disputes. This causes online shoppers to encounter more troubles and unnecessary losses when seeking protection due to infringement of their rights and interests. From the perspective of the jurisdiction rules of online purchase contract disputes in litigation, this paper explores the existing problems and deficiencies of China's existing online purchase contract jurisdiction rules, and draws lessons from overseas relevant legislative experience to put forward suggestions for the improvement of China's online purchase contract disputes litigation jurisdiction rules.
