From the perspective of humanistic care, this study clarifies the concept of humanistic care and the important role of humanistic care in the development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the status quo of the maintenance of employee relations in enterprises, it explores the contradictions, anxiety and the construction of employee relations in the maintenance of employee relations. It is difficult to eliminate the contradictions in the maintenance of employee relations and the psychological depression of communication anxiety. Severe and good relations are superficial, and the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth, including the high pressure of competition, the burden of daily communication and the underestimation of work difficulties. Further, the Countermeasures for the application of caring in the maintenance of employee relations are put forward, which can alleviate the pressure of work competition among employees, eliminate potential contradictions in employee relations and develop the mind. Reasonable assistance can eliminate the anxiety of employees in work and communication, improve their competence and communication affinity, help employees build good communication relationship, and promote harmonious development of enterprises.
